And now another moment of personal joy and validation: Judith Light remembers lil ol' me!

As I'm on my pit stop before heading off again on my European adventures, I just have to document this!

A few weeks ago, Broadway.com had a page up where one could submit questions to the stars of the plays on Broadway and Lombardi, the play I went to see back in December, had its turn for the Ask A Star segment. Being the avid Judith Light fan that I happen to be (it's not obsession people! I swear!), I submitted my questions in hopes that it would be answered. Pessimistic me didn't expect any one of them to be chosen and answered but it was worth a shot.

How wrong I was! Allow me to direct your attention to this!

Skip to around 9:55! Or watch the whole thing because she and Dan are fabulous to look at!

WHAT?! THIS IS AMAZING! They actually chose one of the questions I sent in (yes it was a serious question, I really wanted to know if she would ever do the show so I could watch lol) and the darling that she is answered it! I am more than pleased and very grateful :) Although, I disagree with her! She is a great dancer and would even win the damn show! If you've ever seen her footwork with Tony Danza, you'd think so too! Too humble, Lady J, too humble.

And the best part, when her co-star Dan Lauria read the question out loud, the look of recognition on her face at my name for a split second just thrills me! Because really, how many Miranda's do you know in your life aside from me? I don't find many people with my name and I think it certainly stands out so I'm certain she more than likely thought "Oh her! That little Indian girl" or something like that when she realized it was me! YAY! This is a big deal! How often does one have such a nice relationship with one of their idols?

And so the moral of the story is that Judith Light has acknowledged our BFF status! Something like that ... just let me have my moment! And a good moment it is too!
